Great work environment where no one wants to stay

Pros

Communispace is packed with smart, creative, collaborative employees who are great co workers and mentors. It's a great place to get some really valuable experience and it's also great name for your resume. The office in Boston is unmatched. Beautiful work space, free coffee and fun social events.

Cons

There is a surprising turn over rate for how great Communispace is. I can only attribute this to the low salaries, especially for junior roles. During my time here I've seen many talented people use Communispace as a launch pad for bigger and better things. People are always sad to leave, but bigger paychecks take them to greener pastures (literally).

Pros

This company has a great work environment. Everyone is smart, friendly and lively, making it easy to get on with your work, even when you're tired or under pressure. The senior managers are great and provide excellent mentorship and training. You also get exposure to a wide range of industries, enabling you to learn a lot about a lot of products and brands

Cons

The downside is that the pay is really rather poor. Some of the consultants work overtime without extra pay There is no transparency regarding who earns what and when.
