- Some of the most interesting and intelligent people to work alongside - A lot of care is taken for staff's personal development - Free breakfasts - Lots of opportunity to collaborate with other Omnicom agencies (all in same building) - Clear paths to promotion laid out by HR - Great location, near Borough Market and Flat Iron Square - Clear attempt at transparency. - Flat hierarchy, approachable management (for the most part) - staff turnover lower than industry average. Many people stay for 4+ years

Cons

- Some late nights (not loads) - Open plan office is not great for everyone - Communication between global offices not as good as it could be

Pros

Personal growth, great clients, fast pace, variety, ability to have an impact and people listen and act on ideas. Things are always changing.

Cons

It can be intense. Entrepreneurial nature means some systems need improving. It's not the kind of place where you can just sit back. You have to throw yourself in and get involved to make the most of the experience.
