Pros

C Space thrive of providing ambitious people the platform to succeed and stretch themselves. I found it a privilege to be surrounded by the most intelligent, creative and progressive individuals who really care about their work. Not to mention that they work with some of the world's largest and sexiest brands out there. It truly is a company like no other.

Cons

This isn't a negative at all really. C Space have big ambitions and are growing fast, so don't expect every internal system to be in place. The best part about this though, is that if you see something that needs sorting then they are more than up for you to take it on. Plenty of opportunities!

Because standards are so high there can be a lot of pressure. Long hours that are typical of agency work.
