There are a lot of very smart people and some great opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

"Company spirit" is valued much more than actual contributions to the company, which frustrates many employees. Compensation is becoming sub-par for newer hires.

Pros

Great culture. Plenty of time off. Awesome communication from management- lots of transparency with what's happening in the business on a high level.

Cons

Pay is definitely on the lower end of the scale for similar positions in other firms, but they try to make it up with a great culture and ample time off. No 401(k) match. Tuition reimbursement could be better.

Excellent flexibility. Plenty of time off. Relaxed company culture. Down-to-earth management. Remarkable financial openness.

Cons

Pay is less, at my position, than at comparable companies. However, the per-hour rate is probably equal to high pay/long hour consultancies. Promotion criteria can seem arbitrary.
