I really liked that the company is local and family owned. The atmosphere is laid back and casual. A lot of diversity in the company.

Pros

Paycheck with benefits. Retirement plan with sick days and vacation days.

Cons

Impossible to manage because the warehouse is unorganized and does not have the leadership at the top that understands how to be efficient. Extremely high turnover for supervisors and managers.
