The company is very bias. They don't give out raises and the so call bonuses varies if they like you or not.

Marking changes for the better

Pros

Our company has made great changes in the past two years since new HR has joined the company. We now have accountability and not everyone likes that. The people leaving are the people who need to leave. We have an HR department we can talk to at any time. New managers are bringing new ideas. It's an exciting time and cultural change here.

Cons

Parking is an issue.
