      Pros

      Good experience and exposure to the hvac field. Good company to use as a stepping stone to enter a better company.

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism! You need to work really hard. Skip your lunch/breaks to meet the time limits. Work off the clock to submit your paper work and quotes. No real future or any good benefits.

      No drive time pay, toxic environment, favoritism, training was promised but just thrown pdf’s to read. Consistently being told you’re replaceable.

      High pay due to incredibly high employee turnaround and desperation to keep customers.

      Cons

      Poor upper management and respect for employees. Treated like its a privilege for you to be there when they need you. No respect and favoritism is a BIG problem. Basically the moto is: "Kiss butt and throw others under the bus at all times and you will do well..."
