-Consistent pay -autonomy -personal connection with customers

Cons

This company is starting up and trying to get stable in Texas. This leads to what you would except. Insane work load that keeps building. Guys burning out and leaving so the team struggles to expand. Trying to break in leading to more policies that can be great for customers but harsh on employees. Also do to the pace and constant issues that arise career advancement opportunities and trainings just get push back and back and never seem to materialize.

Great staff and technicians. Highly trained supervisors and technicians work at C&L. All very dedicated to their craft. Good opportunities to advance in your career. Good pay and benefits.
