There is a lack of investment into management and leadership, focus is rarely put towards employees and instead redirected to meeting client expectations.

They don’t care. They had VP’s fly out to find the problems all they did for most of us is not much. Their managers got a big raise and some of their prized technicians got promotions even though they were written up and shouldn’t have per policy. They have even lost managers here because of the culture here if you don’t come from the Mine your not in their circle. I had even overheard the MM say he is motivated by firing people and even collects their badges as a trophy. Yet the VP s still don’t see the problems. They lie to you about getting promoted just to give it to someone they already had picked out. They don’t listen to new better way of doing things just listen to managers with 1-2 years of being a maintenance tech.
