Management here is atrocious. It's a boys club from the Kennecott mine. They have obvious favoritism bordering on illegal and unfair hiring practices when it comes to hiring management positions. They will reinterpret company policies (or just plain make up policies) to fit their wishes. All they care about is having coverage, you're just a body. You do the work and the management reaps the benefits. The salaries and bonuses the management get is very high, too high. Not a single manager under 6 figures base salary with 10% or more in bonuses to boot. Instead of one cohesive team it's the management team vs the techs. The management team's bonuses are based off of downtime so whenever there is an issue that isn't easily fixed they get very upset at their own team...the bonus structure has created an environment of strife and contention between the management and their crew. A previous review has stated the maintenance manager collects badges of fired employees as trophies, this is true I saw the stack of badges with my own eyes during my new hire on-boarding. Recently the company restructured the compensation and the result was the lower level techs and management all got 15%-20% raises but the higher skilled level 3 techs all got nothing. The moral here is terrible and people mostly talk about hating their job all day.

None, and I've been with the company long enough to see the writing on the wall. We are only going to grow and get better once the Amazon building opens in North Randall.
