Pros

Unlimited (un) pto just for asking means this is very flexible. It's also nice to get a private space and to guarentee tutoring hours, compared to being a private tutor.

Cons

The 3 students to 1 teacher aspect means teaching and learning is WAY more difficult. Its almost certainly worth it for you to be a private tutor and seek out your own clients instead. You'll get a way higher hourly rate. The amount these parents are paying is absolutely huge compared to what you're recieving as a tutor. C2 takes a huuuuge undeserved cut.
