material is actually a CON for this company. Easily 25% of it had errors for their SAT books. I tried sending in my corrections as directed by my manager and it went no where. company didn't update their books for two years later. My biggest advice: dont work here lol, management doesn't care about you and treat you as expendable. Can be difficult juggling 3 students studying all different material at different levels and all have a test the following day. Simply not fair for each student. They only get 1/3 the time they pay for.

When they advertised, they wanted at least a 9 month commitment, because apparently many employees work only a short time after being trained and quit with little notice. I made that commitment, but then was terminated without any warning or chance to improve on giving them what they wanted. Not sure I would have wanted to. They push the students pretty hard to get through the maximum number of problems in two hours. I think too hard. But in fairness, this is probably what a lot of the parents want. But also makes the work very intense for the tutors. Rush-rush-rush.
