I can only speak for my experiences in South Edison and Westfield. Working with Suzette (South Edison) and Daniella (Westfield) was amazing. Unlike many traditional tutoring centers, they take a holistic approach to caring for their students. In that sense, I felt like I was part of something much greater than myself. This was the perfect break from corporate America that I needed. - flexibility - great culture (esp. if you get to work with Suzette or Daniella) - you work with smart people - $20/ hr

Cons

- corporate is getting much more stringent with their rules (addition of PAYCOM, etc) - experience depends on various centers. - it's a part time job so there are no benefits - $20/hour
