Thank you for letting us know that you enjoy the flexible hours and 3:1 student teacher ratio at C2! You will be pleased to hear that we have done a complete redesign of the teacher training program, with a huge focus on the “C2 Way” of teaching with more engagement and a sense of community from the start. Groups of new hires train together and opportunities for collaboration exist through discussions, peer-review assignments, and webinars that create a sense of “together-ness”. We invite you to attend the quarterly Teacher Town Halls where you will have the opportunity to hear about company-wide initiatives, academic topics of importance, and a place to voice your suggestions and opinions. In addition to providing ways for management to better communicate with our teachers, we’re also providing more ways for our teachers to communicate to management via myc2ideas@c2ducate.com.
