Pros

Company is a fast pace and very busy environment. I have learned more from this company than any other place I have worked. The company has helped me grow in my job.

Cons

There is no downtime, everyone is extremely busy. The company needs to look at those employees that may not be able to keep up with the pace.

Pros

Employees that can bring a value to the organization thrive and have long prosperous tenure. Employees who have left for better opportunities have found leaving was a mistake and end up coming back. The management is open and willing to discuss returning employment should I ever wish to return. That gives me a great feeling of being valued.
