you can wear jeans and they provide snacks.

Cons

If you do not fit the micro managed, robotic team ...you will not fit in. The company is not flexible, you have set lunches. People there gossip a lot .

CEO would fly us to conferences. If your friends with her son she will give you a job.

Cons

We got screamed at for hours a day by the ceo. She called me an obscenity and stupid more times than I can count on one hand. When I put in 2 weeks resignation I was fired immediately.

There are no Pros at all.

Cons

no training for months, belittlement, humiliation from CEO in front of other employees, no work life balance. no clear direction, quotas change on a whim about once a week. they expect employees to work 60+ hour weeks for minimal pay and will say to your face to leave if you ask for a raise.
