Pros

C2 itself was not a bad company. They seem to have a great working environment when working for the actual company. It was a remote job that happened to come at the perfect time.

Cons

When C2 is subcontracted out they are so far out of the loop of what is going on that they do not contribute anything helpful. They have a current contract RRL that the manager cannot manage that they brought on team leads to help because the PM does not seem to speak with the main contract company enough or about the right thing, During team meetings the PM would ask others what is going on with the project because they knew nothing. They have started laying people off because they hired too many people too fast and now there isn't enough work. Overall I would say it was a con working on the subcontract.

Pros

I love working at C2. This is a thriving company with great people, great clients, and great partners. The work is fulfilling; my colleagues are supportive and collaborative; I love the industries we work with.

Cons

It can be very fast paced and there are multiple things to juggle -- I love this because no day is the same and I am never bored. However, I can see how some may find this overwhelming. Just know, having many things to do means job security :)
