      Pros

      Great executive management team, top notch benefits, exciting and fast paced workplace. It's great to work for a company that genuinely helps people. Team-based work mentality is fantastic.

      Cons

      The management team demands excellence (and should). This is not the place to clock in at 9 and expect to be able to waltz out at 5. Be ready to work harder than you ever have because this company will not accept anything less than the best.

      Pros

      C3 is creating a very innovative product in a market that while currently not huge, is projected to be gigantic in the coming years. There is a very real opportunity for this company to become extremely successful. The senior management team has a tremendous track record of growing successful companies which instills confidence in everyone around them.

      Cons

      High expectations from their employees is not necessarily a con but at the end of the day there is a real sense of accomplishment and amazement at what has been completed.

      Job: - cool and fun job - purpose of the company is meaningful Management: - friendly and efficient Environment: - smart and helpful colleagues - benefits (3 weeks of holidays, insurance) - liberty of action, and personal time organization - start up environment (fast paced, responsibilities, manager are always available)

      Cons

      - wish I could work from home some days (would be more efficient)
