      Experienced management team - proven success and track record Exciting software space, strong engineering leadership and new talent Market leader - solid customers using existing software High profile Board of Directors and senior management

      Cons

      Early stage of undefined market - new space for many companies as they try to figure out how to use the software and what benefit they receive immediately.

      Pros

      One of the smartest groups of people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The management all has decades of experience in starting and running large software companies, and most are already wealthy and work because they enjoy it. The work environment is open and friendly, with regular company lunches and ping-pong tournaments.

      Cons

      Hours can be long, especially when deadlines approach. While the company is nominally a startup, it feels much more like an enterprise software company, and its not particularly agile.

      Pros

      Working at C3 has given me the opportunity to work within a team that is very passionate about what they do. It's exciting to be part of a growing company that strives for excellence in all areas. The free company luncheons and break room snacks & beverages are great too!

      Cons

      If being a team player is not part of your work ethic, C3 may not be the place for you.
