This is one of the most dysfunctional companies I have ever seen. Leadership is not just weak, it is actively destructive. The company is consumed by ego, politics, fear, churn, and endless top-down chaos. Direction changes constantly, accountability is nonexistent, and the people making the biggest decisions appear to have the least understanding of what actually needs to be built, sold, or fixed.
Morale is terrible for good reason. Entire teams are repeatedly gutted, trust is gone, and people spend more time surviving internal dysfunction than building anything meaningful. Product direction feels disconnected from reality, execution is sloppy, and the company seems far more reliant on legacy reputation and executive connections than on delivering strong, durable product value.
The culture from the top poisons everything below it. Leadership does not inspire confidence, only frustration. There is a constant sense that the company is decaying from within while executives posture, reshuffle power, and pretend the real problem is everyone else. Meanwhile, customers do not appear to reflect the kind of product-market strength the company wants people to believe it has. It feels like a business running on fumes, denial, and politics.
