Not a single pro I can think of.

Cons

Where to start? This company is clearly a scam. Their new products should be called C3 Bankruptcy Protection, C3 Class Action Lawsuit or C3 Fraud. This company hasn't produced a single piece of good software in a decade, and yet their senior management are cashing in huge RSU payments. Every project is a disaster. And some of the management are really miserable people and should be sued to avoid them ever managing people or tech ever again. As a prospective employee, customer, or employer be aware of anyone associated with this company.
