      People get good work life balance here.

      Cons

      Roles and Responsibilities are not clear. Everyone from ASE to PSE will be doing the same kind of job at the end of the day. Promotions will take time for every role.

      * Not much development work . * Lots of plannig but not much execution. * Learning curve is pretty flat
