It was a good job out of school, I was exposed to a lot of technologies so I could make a run for it. Benefits are great. Salary not so much.

Cons

Seemed like a show after the first year or two, cultish. Everyone meant well, but, I wasn't going anywhere staying at that company. Once in support at CA, always in support with that horrible salary. They don't go by how much work you do, they just go by the numbers, and thats when they lose the human element of work. They never lost the human element of family. But thats where CA failed. Numbers numbers numbers. Qlik never worked out did it.
