Pros
Nice and friendly people, no overtimes, no unrealistic expectations. The social events were fun. The scrum seemed to work.
Cons
the following can be also pro for someone: there was a lot of difference between the knowledge of employees in associate levels. Probably it is related to the fact that they were hired almost everyone who was willing to learns assembler.
