Big company that is actually turning it around. Seems to be doing quite well. Potentially a very large future ahead of it.

Cons

As all things, still quite political. Some A players, and some C players who seem to hang on. Vacation time.

Good initial pay No restrictions on travel expenses wonderfully wasteful regional and national meetings - very decadent Fairly young and attractive staff - (by design)

Cons

Huge churn of employees Very much a "who you know" organization Lack of talented managers Accounting system still needs to be fixed

Pros

An outsider gets a fair or very high salary. If you qualify, CA will pay you top dollar.

Cons

Unfortunately long time employees do not get good salaries. Even if you meet the qualifications 100% and you are perfect for the job, CA would rather get an outsider because the "future job level" is much higher than yours and you do not meet the "salary" range that new job pays.
