      Pros

      Very smart people who care about the impact of their work and have the best intentions in supporting customers. Always trying to improve. Not afraid of changes. Team members are helpful and willing to share knowledge and experience. Willing to invest in employees education and give them the materials they need to be successful. Friendly work atmosphere that allows a good balance of job and life.

      Cons

      Some not-so-smart people, but still well-intended. Underdog mentality makes people defensive when things go wrong. Company can be spastic and short sighted. Changes are not always well communicated. Middle management is viewed more favorably from the top than from the field. Culture is not supportive of dissent.
