Simply put, I watched favoritism destroy people in there. Two guys get laid off, and two people who should be in line for a promotion don't get it. Why? Because the vice president of that departments nephew works there and although has way less experience and skills gets the promotion. They do not care about their employees unless they are related or friends with them. I would advise anyone interested to look at CA TEchnologies competitors as they offer more job security, better software, and better work environment.

Pay raises were non-existent. At the time i worked there the company was run on something like 16 Excel spreadsheets. As a result I couldn't get the business information I needed to do my job. CA did not understand all the businesses it was in, including mine. Upper management was horrible. Career advancement was non-existent.
