Good work-life balance. The pay is decent - on par with the industry. Not really hectic.

Cons

The attitude towards the India Technology Center (ITC) is one being a mere off-shore team. A lot of good work do not reach here.

* Stable employer * Flexible work arrangement * Good facilities

Cons

* Way too much process, process for everything but the toilet visits * Redundant processes and processes for the sake of processes result in waste of development time * Management has trust issues with the employees, don't treat them like monkeys. If there are those that can't think or work at a competent level they can be dealt with, but the bar shouldnt be dropped for everyone.
