Pros

Good pay master. Great Work life balance for many, worse for some. Good facilities and perks. A company led by morons, you get ample opportunity to learn from them “what not to do”.

Cons

Seriously outdated, incompetent and infected. Most of middle and senior management start their day with an excel sheet and re-prepare the same excel sheet the very next day from scratch and so on. They too try to get the status very frequently to keep them busy. This exercise is an endless job for many since years. Amazed to see such an organization exists in the industry. CA is a great case study material.

Pros

Good salary and benefits if you can put up with the Cons. Depending on location there are lots of opportunities to learn new technologies but you really don't want to be located in a non-hub office because your job won't last. Lots of hard-working people who genuinely care about the customers.

Cons

Really unstable top-tier management: They show up with big ideas, talk the talk and then disappear to the next company after 18 months - leaving the situation no better than they found it. Big outsourcing efforts are a failure. Total miss-management on this front. Management should care more about customers and employees; de-funding products and stretching teams to the limit doesn't make better products or provide good support for customers. Too many high-level VP/Senior-Directors with too-few people under them (we're talking VPs with a total of 4 people under them!). Make them earn their pay or ditch them: You're not running a charity or retirement home. Too many over-worked employees with no work-life balance. "Morale-boosting" roadshows and CA-labeled stress-balls don't raise morale: Taking care of your employees and customers does. Making a winning company with winning products does.
