Interesting exposure to technology. Prestigious company for resume padding.

Cons

Far too political. Upper management in support more interested in moving up and saving face than doing the best they can at all times. Was actually told not to use big words in meetings because it makes some managers feel like they are being talked down to.

Great benefits such as affordable health plans Monthly team lunch for support teams Great career paths internally and great education learning path for support. The culture at CA is growth and innovation, the company has invested in learning initiatives that have make it easier to diversify your skills Strong employee tenure (Have seen some with +25 yr) Generally the atmosphere is friendly and moral good

Cons

CA acquires companies for example Nimsoft, which is great for growth, except if if t times management from the acquired company refuses to adapt to change. This can make working difficult as you have two conflicting sides with different attitudes
