Pros

If you are searching for something very like government, this is it. A typical federal contracting firm which so big it can fail. This is a pro because as long as you are working on federal contract you have nothing to worry about.

Cons

No commercial influence at all. Administrative nightmare in processing anything from business requisitions to vendor payment.

Pros

I cannot think of any good reasons to work for CACI other than it is a job.

Cons

Too many cons: Everything that you have to do, you have to do twice - computer check in, clearance application, and related. You never know who to talk to and when you do find someone, they appear to be incompetent. Supervisors are incompetent also and do not have a clue as to how to manage employees. They do not have feelings for employees. Definitely no chance for advancement.
