- favoritism - focus on the bottom line with little to no regard for the employees - no merit increases - high employee cost of health insurance - 401k matching at the end of the year

Pros

CACI is well placed in the Defense Industry. The company works to continue close relationships with the military as well as the federal government. I commend the company on the creation of the AsymmetricThreat.net website and corresponding conference.

Cons

Project management is very poor at CT-AVRS program in Ft. Worth, TX. The program manager does not efficiently manage operational funds, which creates a recurrent scenario where temporary employees are hired to burn money. Project Site-Leads have been selected due to time with the company or current/ former military rank not education or ability, therefore the middle management is ineffectual. Morale is extremely poor.

Pros

I was deployed to Iraq, Pay was good, some co-workers were good hard working and smart.

Cons

Upper management policies changed all the time, and the team leaders were selected based off of volunteer and not best for the job.
