Pros

A good benefit package Meet or do better than the competition with their employee compensation There are many opportunities to grow your career within the company They allow employees who leave to return. They offer employee training and college tuition reimbursement. There are social events planned to promote team building.

Cons

With my current location, I am not able to work from home. Sometimes you can get lost in the crowd since this is a large company.

Pros

Good salary and benefits, paid overtime, challenging and interesting work, though does get a little routine at times. Good people for the most part.

Cons

Level of top-down micro-management is on the rise. They're taking away admin privileges on work PC's but we're still expected to perform tasks that will now require constant assistance from SYS-Tech. Work from home is "tolerated" but not really allowed. Even break rooms are being micro-managed with new "green" regulations. Was very happy before; now less so.

Pros

Great company to work for. Great career opportunities. People I work with are very knowledgeable.

Cons

So far only issue I've seen and that could be due to sequestration, the raises haven't been good for anyone.
