      Great place to work until the funding dries up!

      Pros

      Flexible Core Hours 9-3. Clean and Friendly Environment. Support Staff are always available. Equipment is new and replaced as necessary (Computers, laptops, and phones).

      Cons

      Benefits are good but not great! Co-pays are expensive. Sometimes it warmer outside than inside. Office Supplies are locked up and you have request specific items. Some managers like to micro manage employees.

      OK if you wind up in a good business group

      Pros

      If you're in a good business group with good leadership: Good salary, bonuses and benefits, flexible work hours, training opportunites and occasionally very interesting work

      Cons

      If you're not in a good business group or have bad leadership: Pretty much the opposite of what I wrote under Pros. My previous project was a disaster and I was about to leave the company when my current postion on another project opened.
