      Pros

      CACI has great insurance benefits, and the best education benefit I've ever had. Senior management communicates well. Company is constantly generating new business, and has opportunities to move within the company to different contracts. They actually hire from within. One of the best companies I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      CACI wins a lot of contracts by bidding very aggressively. Salaries are therefore okay, but not exceptional. You might get better pay elsewhere (this is offset by great benefits.)

      Compensation is good, many people work from home a few days a week, good work/life balance

      Cons

      If you want to grow, find a different company. If you're comfortable, this place is fine.
