Pros

CACI is a nice place to work. People are nice. Hours are good. My work is interesting. I get decent pay and great benefits. The CEO actually cares about the company.

Cons

CACI has too much paperwork (due to working with DOD). There is no room for advancement. Expect to be bugged about doing time sheets. Very hard to get materials or supplies (other than office supplies). Absentee management.

Pros

Great characters and talent in the information systems sector of the company. Plenty of positions are available for mobility around the company in most regions of their headquarters. The management is open to feedback on software methods and workflows from employees.

Cons

Relocation compensation is lacking. As a CMMI-3 corporation there can be excessive paperwork on simple solutions that diminish productivity on other deadlines leading to unnecessary overtime. The companyâ??s outsourced on-line University has lessons that contain errors and sometimes teach bad practices, making it boarder line useless if trying to expand the employee's abilities.

Pros

In my position, we are doing very interesting work, everyone in my business group is very intelligent, and everyone is a great asset.

Cons

They only match 50% of your 401(k) payment where as my previous employer would match 100%. They also have some odd policies when it comes to time keeping but it isn't anything too annoying. Basically, you must keep at an average of 8hrs/day throughout the week (no taking off Monday and working 10 hours Tues-Fri) which is a bit of a pain if you need to take a day off for an appointment; you can, but you get audited.
