      Pros

      It's a job. It allows you to keep your clearance. There may be other opportunities within CACI which are more bountiful. I didn't have that experience with my management team or the Workfoce Placement group.

      Cons

      As always, it depends on your management. Management was unsupportave of training needs. Pay was always a bit under what the market value really was.

      Pros

      The company has pretty good starting salaries. They have great work force management that strives to place employees in positions that better suit long term career goals. Upper management is making a strong push in the areas of knowledge management and employee coaching/mentoring

      Cons

      If you do not have a security clearance, mobility and marketability are hard to come by.

      Pros

      CACI seems to be exploding in growth currently, bringing in many government contracts. It is a great place to be in a "down" economy, because there is more work than there are people.

      Cons

      Because of its explosive growth and the demands of meeting client needs, the "big picture" of CACI activities does not always reach all concerned.
