      Pros

      Salary, flex time off, and travel ability if you desire.

      Cons

      Disrespect, discrimination, bullying, and harassment from male coworkers. Threats of termination for reporting safety hazards and discrimination. Retaliation from HR and Senior management when you report harassment from their friends. A few team leads gossip and are unprofessional, creating a hostile environment. There are a lot of safety hazards everywhere, like damaged batteries and fuel, and people don't use PPE. Extremely dirty workspace

      Good pay, poor management and ethics

      Pay was decent for the time period. Plenty of PTO - 10+ hrs accrued monthly

      Cons

      Poor ethics by program manager and upper management. Front-line managers knowingly allowing team members to commit time card fraud and other ethical issues concerning government contracts. Poor communication from the top-down. Very little processes in-place to manage contracts correctly or legally. Terrible hiring practices, hiring untrained personnel because of clearances and then no training being conducted to resolve issues. DO also having inappropriate relationships with employees under her supervision. No one respects her because of those bad choices and it shows within the workplace.

      Pros

      Health benefits are the same as other large companies. Sadly that’s the only “pro” I can think of for a company I spent 3 years at.

      •Salary compensation •Expected to work after hours and NOT get paid for it •False promises of career growth •Management of any kind lacks communication •Company that encourages employees to “stay in their lane” •Company loves to tell you how much they’re profiting but doesn’t give any compensation to the little people who help run the company •Idea of a bonus is a slice of pizza •No one checks on the employees to make sure they’re happy •No work life balance •People tend to be hired to fill in spots rather than knowledge or experience
