      Pros

      You get a top secret clearance pretty quick which opens lots of doors in the future. You have great autonomy as you work on your schedule. You get decent PTO freedom.

      Cons

      No team aspect. You are left to your own devices with minimal supervision. Superrrr tedious.

      Read all of Sanderson's stormlight Archive.

      Cons

      Nothing to do. Hired me because I stupidly asked for significantly less than I could have gotten. Once hired I just sat around HQ for 3 months waiting for the contract to start. Once it started I sat around a SCIF for 6 months with nothing to do. Literally the only thing I did was submit my weekly report saying I did did my weekly report. When I quit they said that they'd pay me 20k more to stay. Showing their cards of intentionally underpaying me. Can't be too mad since I didn't do anything but it shows what kind of company they are.
