      Read all of Sanderson's stormlight Archive.

      Cons

      Nothing to do. Hired me because I stupidly asked for significantly less than I could have gotten. Once hired I just sat around HQ for 3 months waiting for the contract to start. Once it started I sat around a SCIF for 6 months with nothing to do. Literally the only thing I did was submit my weekly report saying I did did my weekly report. When I quit they said that they'd pay me 20k more to stay. Showing their cards of intentionally underpaying me. Can't be too mad since I didn't do anything but it shows what kind of company they are.

      Really friendly & nice management. I felt like they truly wanted the best for me.

      Cons

      Not enough structure such as setting goals to then be promoted. Not enough reviews that I could use to advocate for my work & be promoted.
