Your training will be minimal at best. When you ask for help, you will get snubbed by management. They will make you feel like you are the only one struggling with the job, sit back, and watch you sink because they don't want to be bothered with trying to actually help you. The most help you might receive is having some guides thrown at you to read and be expected to figure everything out on your own. Production is unrealistic as you are only given about 30 mins to review each case in order to meet the production requirement, even on the most advanced case types that have many reports. But somehow management will try to tell you that other employees can do 12 of these in an 8 hour day. Dream on. If you have an appointment or something going on in your personal life that needs to be taken care of, you can count on this company to suddenly have technical issues or want you to do extra cases so you will have to cancel your plans. Don't bother asking your manager if there is something else in the company you can do that might be a better fit, you will just be told to go look at the job postings, most of which are all located at headquarters. This company puts up a good false front making themselves look like one of the best to work for but at the end of the day they don't care about employees, they care about profits.
