Pros
Working remotely. Though, job is so complicated, working remotely is significantly more challenging.
Cons
Training is extremely stressful. 7 hour of training each day for 3 weeks (but it should have been at least twice as long given the amount of material covered!) and a few hours of homework each night and on weekends. The most technical job I've ever had...worked out of 4 manuals! It takes a very 'committed' person to do this type of work. Really tedious work for little pay. Expensive healthcare!
