I don't know about different divisions of this company but where I work, there's zero motivation to work or even come to work. The employee morale is even lower and the management has no backbone. The morale comes as a result of there being no motivation all while being worked to death. The employees in this case are treated very badly with zero reward, incentives, etc.

No promotion of a good work and life balance. Leave and medical plans are mediocre. I have been an employee almost 3 years and my leave plan was changed by lower management without notice or my consent. Holidays and floating holidays were taken away and I was told I now had to occur my them per pay period putting me in a bind before the holidays. I lost 70 hours of holiday leave overnight!!!
