Be weary. Don't work here if you aren't financially stable.
Pros
This location had a seemingly nice environment, loved how diverse and energetic it seemed to be.
Cons
First things first, during your interview you are informed that- hours may differ and there is no set schedule, your hours could be less one week and more on another, with odd hours and very slow months and there are very busy months With this knowledge in mind I had a 2nd Job, which I did not think would be a problem. I wanted to be sure my financial needs would be met, regardless if I worked enough hours on some weeks. Considering being paid bi weekly, I’d want to be sure I am able to pay my bills and put food on the table. After completing the entire 4 hours of the orientation- after having mentioned the 2nd job to the lead manager,I was then pulled aside. She stated she had to let me go because she doesnt work around schedules. I was upset but also in disbelief, So I didn't really continue to explain besides saying it was a night job and it was up to me to worry about scheduling. It was an awkward situation to be in, also it seemed she already made up her mind and there was no reasoning or talking it out with her, her body language told me enough. She told me the paperwork had already went through; so they had to go back and undo all of it, basically suggesting “I wasted their time”. I was upset but nothing but polite the entire time, honestly she seemed bothered. I will say the rest of the staff seemed wonderful and really had what the company invisions , which is communication and real connection. Other than that this left a bad impression for me on how quick and abrupt the decision was made. She stated she was a very direct person, but it just seemed plain rude. the energy of the room shifted so fast. I guess working here is a gamble, because they only want you to work here and god forbid someone has to do extra, to work around schedule- also would like to note (this is basically a seasonal/part time job) If they decide they want you back after the slow months when you have to wait for them to call. I'm actually glad I didn't stay, after reading these reviews.
