There are often moments where employees can be undervalued. Also, many moments of prejudices within the company.

Pros

In-house management trusted their employees to run their space. When there was a problem with a client, I felt that my managers had my back. I was allowed the opportunities to become an event lead and was trusted to do my work without having someone looking over my shoulder.

Cons

Long stretches of work (12-18 hours) without any breaks. The amount of hours spent working and driving to schools was not advertised at the beginning of working there.

Great People Great Learning Experience Since it’s a small but fast growing company, there are constant growing opportunities

Cons

Because it is a small but fast growing company there is too much trial and error, must of the time at the expense of the culture and the employees. Crazy working hour during peak hours.
