Pros

There is not a single "Pro" about this place.

Cons

Horrible pay. Horrible management. Over worked and under paid. They don't care about the quality of work. They care about the quantity. You can tell them something doesn't look good and they will tell you to approve it anyways. After that, they will wait till the customer complains to fix anything. You can work you butt off for this company and they can care less. There is this huge click throughout the company, most of them being from Florida where the company came from. You'll see it as soon as you start.

Irregular hours, low hourly pay, commissions on just the top tier (most expensive) packages.

Pros

Good pay for simple work. Also nice working with others.

Cons

No management and if there is, they do not help you. You are talked down to and never receive pay on time. They will overwhelm you and make you do multiple tasks that are not in your job description. Always an issue using their clock in application.
