      Great team that challenges you to push yourself and appreciate the efforts of others. Love the direction that this company is going! No other photography company compares to Cady Studios and what they have to offer.

      Pros

      I have been with the company for almost 8 years now and was mostly part-time at first. But when I got my head in the game and looked at this for a career I was able to move up and grow. This job has challenged me and helped me become better. We have a good culture at our studio. We push each other to higher standards.

      Cons

      Not many there were communication issues but those have been worked on and addressed.

      Pros

      I love the life/work balance at Cady Studios. It is one of the best work environments I have probably ever been apart of. I feel there are really healthy boundaries + balance and my leadership cares well for me both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      Sometimes you just have to problem solve + get your hands a little dirty! Flexibility is huge.
