      Wonderful Culture, lots of growth opportunities

      we are not "one" cae as they say. It is very hard and slow paced to implement needed changes due to the international structure.

      Great Co Workers Parts are easily accessible 2/3 Shift mgmt leads were awesome and knowledgeable Inspectors were very thorough when checking your work

      Cons

      There was a decent amount of negative attitudes between shifts and one of the shift leads was very much into workplace politics which made for a bad workplace
