Pros

Schedule is always changing, days off are merely a guess. Long days and nights . They will wear you out if you let them. Bonus system changes a lot

Cons

They want you to stay current in multiple platforms for maximum utilization. Seat sub after teaching all day. Etc. This should pay more with current pilot shortage.

Definitely steady work and great coworkers. Varied work produced by student pilots keeps the job interesting.

Cons

What seems to be poor management of daily required tasks and a lack of care for employee overall employee moral.

Pros

I enjoyed what i did as service technician working on patient simulators. Helping people to help other's and help save people's lives. At times it became mediocre and somewhat monotonous but just the same.

Cons

At times could be hostile work environment. There were those that abided by the rules and others who didn't have to. Quality wasn't the greatest and I often found myself wondering what would happen when that simulator went out the back door. I stayed employed there quite a few years and at times stayed for the people working there. I found myself wanting out because of the people and the quality.
