      Pros

      Great place for building long term personal and professional relationships.

      Cons

      Poor management. Too many layoffs. No market strategy. Lack of new product development. Forecast unrealistic likely due to no market research/analysis. There are always career opportunities available because there are always layoffs.

      Pros

      Fun product and industry, but lots of improvisation in the product design and build. manufacturing is a mess and no one wants to fix it. they like to live on the edge and make schedule is king vs getting a good product out to customers

      Cons

      lots of politics and not much structure in the product development. Building is outdated and company focus is on profits and not fixing product issues
